| I’ve had headaches for years. I cant remember a time when I didn’t have a headache every-single-day. Pills were a part of my daily life, just so I could function. After a visit with my family doctor, I learned that my “liver enzymes” were “up” – my liver was failing and that it was probably due to all the medication I had been taking. Clearly, I had no choice than to find another solution. With much hesitation, I consulted Dr Groulx on the recommendation of a friend. My first impression was how warm and caring he is. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fears and let me move at my own pace. That is what I remember the most from the first visit. He was the first doctor who really listened. I am happy to report that I am completely headache free and my liver is healing. I have a new lease on life and I feel amazing! My only regret is that I waited so long to get help. |

| I have had health issues my entire life. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis has been a crippling disease. Everything hurts all the time. On top of that, I suffered from chronic dizziness that began after what seemed like a minor car accident. The dizziness was debilitating. As I am elderly, I have a fear of falling and getting seriously hurt. I drastically reduced all my social activities and outings to minimize my fall risk. My quality of life was really diminishing. I was trapped and depressed. When my family physician saw how quickly my emotional status was deteriorating (due to the lack of social activity) she, with great reluctance, suggested I try chiropractic as she felt the dizziness could be coming from my neck and not my middle ear. She suggested I seek out Dr. Groulx. After three weeks of treatment, my dizziness was 90% resolved. Within six weeks, it was completely gone! I am back bowling and volunteering at the hospital, playing bridge and a little bit of golf. Thank you, thank you, thank you! |
